can someone explain what bat day at disneyland was today. im kinda c onfused
Me as well Google it. That's what I'll be doing - gonzofam  225.9 #1498 8:57AM
It's a neat day in Disneyland that people who dress Goth, steampunk and others, get together and show their attire. A large group photo is taken by the castle. I just love seeing all the people dressed up. Everyone I approached, and asked if I could take a picture of, said yes so graciously. - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint  3367.8 #26 9:30AM

well my oldest son is about to graduate high school. He has enlisted in the marine corp and wants to take a trip to disneyland before he heads to boot camp. I want to make this the best trip he has ever had. he has been to disneyland every year since he was born. any ideas would be very helpful. he has done all the rides so want other ideas to do. thank you for your help
Aww this is wonderful.  I would highly suggest taking time for the flag retreat ceremony.  I think he will really enjoy seeing that when they honor all the service men and women. - Sarafina  422.7 #436 9:20AM
Make sure he joins us for the flag retreat ceremony in Town Square - MickeyLumboCM  347.9 #579 10:42AM
I will post when we are going and hopefully we can meet some of you. I thank all of you for your ideas and all of you that are or have been in the military or fire department or police department. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK and SERVICE to this country and the people here - grumpyinphx  12.9 #7711 4:21PM
VIP seats for Fantasmic, Lilly Belle, flag retreat, Walk in Walt's footsteps tour, and ride the front of the monorail with the conductor are some of my suggestions. - Gabster1forDodgers  500.0 #350 5:24PM

walk on to space mountain. again broke down and waited while everyone else left
Love when that happens - april_december  299.6 #785 11:36AM
I am  always shocked when people leave because it usually doesn't take long for the rides to be fixed.  My family just smiles as everyone else passes us by to leave the line.  Especially if you waited an hour for a ride then it breaks down, what's another thirty minutes or less for them to fix it... - Thundermountaingal  10.9 #8413 11:59AM

Yes me and my son were the only one's on the boat - grumpyinphx  12.9 #7711 7:56PM
No boats behind/ahead of you either? Must have been a slow day at Disney! - sarahnimal  223.6 #1526 7:59PM
There was no body in boat ahead of us. And the boat behind us was nowhere to be seen. The ride had been down and we waited. Im not that rude I know the unwritten and written rules - grumpyinphx  12.9 #7711 8:02PM
πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ awesome! I wasn't trying to be rude, it just really ruins the ride for me. Looks like you have the right idea πŸ‘Œ - sarahnimal  223.6 #1526 8:04PM

We are 365 miles- so I'm a lil closer. Hahaha πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint  3367.8 #26 2:50PM
Yeah but you have California traffic to deal with the whole trip I only have to deal with it in l.a. - grumpyinphx  12.9 #7711 7:21PM
All of california traffic is not like LA, thank goodness!! - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint  3367.8 #26 7:24PM
Churro..... I think your house in the bay lines up with my house in the valley. 365 miles from the driveway to magic.  - NascarDave  278.8 #921 7:25PM

Churro, are you in the SF area or north of that? - apesandmonkeys  6235.8 #8 7:46PM
Oakdale. A little north east of Modesto.  - NascarDave  278.8 #921 8:06PM
The money you save on parking, food and trinkets will entice you to renew...... Trust me. We go 5-6 times a year and say we are going to skip a year...... Not.  - NascarDave  278.8 #921 7:27PM

was wondering how young is to young to take kid to disneyland. my granddaughter will be nine months in nov. was thinking about taking her then. but there is a discussion i should wait till feb. for her birthday
Take a gander at IDVandalSkippers posts today - philliprocks  727.2 #200 4:40PM
I have been taking my daughter since three months. Lostgirl7988 has taken her son since two or three weeks. Honestly it's up to the parents. Make sure to set aside time for naps. Little Skipper loves Tiki Room and It's A Small World. She's undecided on Pirates and Peter Pan. She doesn't like Winnie the Pooh or Buzz Lightyear--those are way over stimulating for her.  - IDVandalSkipperCM  2015.1 #53 4:45PM
Took my mini at 11 months. Would have done it even sooner if we lived closer. Biggest thing was to make sure he still got his naps in. I definitely didn't get to go on as many rides/attractions, but I had much more time to people watch and enjoy all the little details!  - Geekery  401.5 #468 5:05PM
We took our youngest at 3 months, 5 months, 9 months & she will be with us this weekend. & again in 2 weeks before she turns 1yr so I think you'll be ok if I can fly with mine & bring her 5 times before 1yr  - UTDISNEYFAMILY  843.2 #170 5:17PM
