I live with my wife and 12 year old son in Las Vegas, NV. We love disneyland and try to go as much as we can. We first took my son when he was 7 and went for 5 days and it was a blast. We have made it back several times since, mostly around Halloween. We

The majority of people on Halloween at the park dress up to the point that you almost feel out of place if you don't. It's sooo much more fun to do so and it's one of the only times my wife can get me into a costume on Halloween anymore. We're so excited! Driving from Las Vegas to Anaheim after school gets out tomorrow and up early and ready for another fantastic Disneyland Halloween vacation!

I agree that it needs updating. It doesn't even have to be that drastic, they can just update the animatronics. This goes for the jungle cruise as well. It's amazing how far technology has come. Just look at buzz light year in the waiting line and mr potato head at toy story mania.

You did absolutely the right thing. Our society is too disconnected today and not enough people take actions like you did. That woman is part of the problem of this nation falling apart by telling you to mind your own business. I miss the days when people would walk down the street and actually see the people around them instead of their phones and smile and say hello.
Seems to me if she thinks it isn't your worry about the kids, then why is it her worry that you take action? She is clearly in the wrong. Too many people just stand around and do nothing in my opinion, and that is how a lot of 'accidents' happen. I don't call them accidents. I call them irresponsible/stupid people! - meridafan

Absolutely you did the right thing!!! First of all, this is a safety issue with children and you stepped up to the plate. Secondly, you went to a CM, which is completely proper. at city hall they give u a guest assit card and you take it over to RSR and the CM gives u a fast past to come bck within an hour or two. And the have a special loading zone for people would cant walk up stairs. - minniel0ver™
