Downtown Disney parking (off Magic Way) has free parking for the first 3 hours. You can get an additional 2 hours free if you get your ticket validated at a DTD table-service restaurant or the AMC Theater. After that it's $6/hour, charged in 20 minute intervals. That's your best.bet for cheap parking around the resort. Hope I helped!

Most people stay more than 7 1/2 hours at the park which would make paying $15 for the parking structure a better deal. If you visit the park more than 8 times a year adding parking to your ap is the best deal. - aidensmama 336.6 #446 11:04PM
Well yes, if you were doing an all day thing and yes, it would pay for itself if you went often. I forgot to mention that this is only cost effective if you go for the afternoon or otherwise a half day thing. It was strange, I was parked for 6 hours yesterday in DTD with an unvalidated ticket and the attendant only charged me $10 when I expected $18-$20!
