I'm so happy with the sticker last night. Now i can post my favorite lunch at Disneyland. Start withand ask for extra sauce followed with a bowl of  More...

I have not tried their gumbo but that sounds tasty!! - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint  5474.5 #17 6:39PM
The sauce really adds something. And we always get even if we have to wait for a outside railing table which is great for people watching  - Goofytom  1201.1 #135 6:45PM

With today being DCA's anniversary who remembers Who Wants To Be A Millionaire game being a attraction. Was there just short of three years and opened three days after 9/11. The attraction was similar to the TV show but no money prizes. Started with pins up to a trip to NYC to see a taping of the show. I remember doing this a couple of times and it was fun. Photo from Yesterland.com

My wife made it all the way to 125000. She got a pin for every $ amount, a polo shirt, lanyard and a hat. Pretty cool to see her go that far.  - NascarDave  308.9 #805 7:10PM
That is so cool!! - TinyDancerTay  118.6 #3168 7:29PM
I liked it when instead of "phoning a friend" they had a CM outside with a mic asking random people the question! - msdizmaui  645.0 #289 4:05PM
My wife's "phone a complete stranger" was who's face is on the $20.... She asked the guy if he was sure... His answer was "as sure as the 20 in my hand".  - NascarDave  308.9 #805 7:12PM
I got up there 3 times!  I got all the up to 500,000 points and then missed a question because I answered too fast and didn't think about it...and I still had ALL my lifelines!  πŸ˜‚ - DisneyDavidEMT  2306.7 #56 6:27PM

Lots of posts on favorite eating places in DL and CA but what's your favorite and least favorite in DTD. Our always must is Tortilla Joe's. Maybe because the bar tab is always more than the food bill. The one I swear we will never go again is Rainforest. Always a insane wait and they are more interested in selling you their card than the food

Naples is only good for pizza to go w the food menu besides the pizza is god awful. La Brea is a panera bread upgrade but the food quality seems to lack at times but is convenient and never seems to have a line and you can get in and out quickly. Jazz kitchen always has issues with execution of its dishes. They have had more turn over there since its opened with chefs and so forth that you never know what you are going to get when it comes to food or service. I blame management.Β  Catal and UVA bar which are the same is the creme of the crop at DTD. I have ever had a bad meal there and the menu is always revolving. I once had an issue with the service and them missing something on a to go order and they took care of it better than most places would. House Of Blues has a good menu and is not very crowded all the time and its kind of a hit or miss because I feel like they are always searching for their own identity as management and chefs are changing so often you don't have consistency of what you could go back and order again. Plus I dont really care for the ambiance of the HOB. Its dark and its not a great place to go for a family the night of lets say a Bad Religon or NOFX concert. ..Tortilla Joes is not good, its over priced bad food that tries to be Mexican about as good as Taco Bell. I would much rater walk across the street and pay the same amount for food there and have Albertos or Tacos Pueblos. The only nice thing about their location is that they have a large location so they can take large parties at any time and they also have a nice outdoor bar where you can watch a game and grab a beer and some chips and salsa...Rainforest Cafe is not for the food its there for the kids to get them something to eat and be occupied by all the stuff going on around them. The food is not good but good enough for those who have kids eat and make sure their kids are well fed and enjoy their meal while gorillas are making noises and nemo swims around... ESPN zone is the same but for adults..its bar food with beers and your paying to watch any game you want...you never go to ESPN Zone or the Rain Forest Cafe for the food.......ok im done - Dave  12981.4 #2 10:49PM
Dave. Appreciate your coming on and your comments. You are known for your knowledge of food along at DLR. Agree with what you've said along with your review of TJ's. As I stated we enjoy it for the margaritas first and food second.  - Goofytom  1201.1 #135 11:12PM
I ❀️ Naples!  But you are right, it is a must after drinks.  That pizza hits the spot! - AZDisney  610.4 #311 11:18PM
Fun fact: Naples uses Hormel pepperoni. Fun fact #2: you can get 2 pizzas at Napa Rose (or Hearthstone) for the price of 1 large at Naples. - dizneedude   881.3 #190 11:21PM
TJs rice is by far the worst "Mexican rice" I ever had in my life. I do like Naples lasagna though and dislike their pizza lol I agree on pretty much everything else! - missmimi90  2002.4 #69 11:28PM
Thanks Dave, pretty much spot on as to what I would have said!!  - ShariRenee  6274.1 #14 11:01AM
I love the Turkey Club Wrap at ESPN Zone!  We almost always have one meal at ESPN Zone when we visit.  Chocolate Chip Sundae for dessert! Yum! - MrsFletch  167.7 #2362 11:05AM
You missed Earl of Sandwich! That is usually my choice in DTD. I had 1 really great experience at Jazz Kitchen but the next time was terrible. I've never been really satisfied with anything else. It would be better just to pop into one of the resort hotels and eat at one of those places. - AKMouse  473.2 #421 7:55PM
