Respect her wishes that she does not like the ride. I rode it once to say that I did but I hated it. My boyfriend asks me about once a year if I would like to try it again because people change but so far it hasn't changed. Congratulations, and welcome! Yes, the Grand is very grand. And it's your honeymoon, so of course it will be great! Make sure the hotel knows it is your honeymoon. I'm sure they will make it extra special for you. Make your reservations now for dinners if you don't want to miss out. Call Disney Dining for that. The Napa Rose restaurant in your hotel would be a very special place for you two to dine. The Blue Bayou in New Orleans Square is also special. Carthay Circle in DCA is another popular (and new) restaurant. Plenty of photo ops in the parks, of course. Take advantage of the many Disney photo pass photographers to have as many pix taken of you two as possible! If you are going to ride many of the rides where they take your picture (Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, California Screamin', Tower of Terror, Radiator Springs Racers), and/or dine at any of the character places (Goofy's Kitchen, Ariel's Grotto) where they take pictures, those pix would also be included if you purchased the Photo Pass Plus for $99. If you don't see yourself dining at those places, then just have them take as many pix as they can anyway, and you can purchase the DVD (or digital download of all the pix) for $69 when you return home. Just ask one of the photographers about it to see which makes the most sense for you. Get pictures taken early in the day when the photographers are not busy and you might even find one who can follow you around and take many different poses of you.
