I remember the first time seeing the NEW Tomorrowland and waiting FOREVER in line for the Rocket Rods and than the ride breaking down right before we were to get on. We eventually got to ride the Rocket Rods and it was so much fun. I do wish that they would update Tomorrowland again as it doesn't look very futuristic anymore.

We collect trading pins and pressed pennies and quarters. The kids love saving quarters and pennies for our trips.

I have been on the DCA and WDW versions. I felt that the WDW version was weird since you do move on a track and the view you see is of the building rockin roller coaster is in. DCA's version has a better view of the parks making you realize you really are up high.

Did you know that the actual Tower is one of the tallest buildings in Anaheim? Also, because of its height, it would have required a light on top for the pilots flying over if the height went over 200 feet. So, Disney made it 199 feet tall, thus not requiring a red light and to keep the tower in "show". - BaseballMickey_CM

My bf collects the Star Wars pins but since we live out in North Carolina we only get to buy them when we go on our annual trip to WDW and when my daughter goes to Disneyland every summer with my parents. we send money with her to get pins 😀. My first experience on TOT I was so nervous my heart was beating so fast. My mom and I went on it together and screamed so loud! she will never ride it ever again. Took my 12 yr old daughter last summer on TOT and she was so freaked out from all the sudden drops she started to cry at the end. Still have the pic of us on the ride and you can see the fear on her face. When I went to WDW in February More...

Its usually just me and my minis. The older mini is old enough to ride by herself, but not old enough to do a rider swap with me as the younger mini won't go on it and is too young to leave by himself. So, I was super excited that over Easter weekend my hubby suprised us with an impromtu trip to DL and I got to ride the TOT!! It's been five years since I've been on it and I forgot how fun it was!!! - GoofyMom77

So sad when I heard the news...when i was a little girl I made my mom take me to the video store every weekend to rent her movies ( early 80s) I Loved watching her and Frankie sing and wishing I had been a teenager during the 50s and early 60s.

We just went in February and did 2 days at Magic Kingdom 1 day at the other parks. We have 3 yr old twin boys, 5 yr old boy and 12 yr old girl. Out of all the parks we loved Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

Hollywood studios and animal kingdom were both fine for one day when we went but I wish we had spent more time at magic kingdom.. There's just so much to see!
It also depends on what time of year you are going.. We went in September and it was not crowded so we got on all the rides without a wait. Also make sure to save a day for just relaxing by the pool and exploring downtown disney. We didn't do that and we really regretted it!

Epcot and Animal Kingdom 2 days... We even spent a day visiting all the different resort hotels! Then spent the evening at downtown Disney . The parks close earlier than in calif . so you may have more free time in the eve to relax - carminaire
