Thinking about trying the World of Color dining tomorrow night. Someone said the viewing is better for Ariel's a Grotto and Wine Country Trattoria. Is it worth the price? Is the viewing location better at those two than Carthay?? We are trying to find a good way for our boys to see the show without waiting an hour or more in advance and getting smushed. Thanks!!

From when I used to work the show a couple years ago, the viewing areas for the dining packages were all in the same area, in the center where the fountain in the walkway is. Not sure if its the same, but they will give you passes similar to a FP that will give you access into that area. What I recommend is seeing the show from the bridge next to Ariel's Grotto and you don't need a FP to see it, but you'll be directly behind the people who do.  - BaseballMickey_CM  7352.3 #11 12:08AM

The one thing I always regret when visiting the parks is not taking enough family pictures or least pictures of the kids. So I purchased the photo pass plus for our upcoming trip. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Yes we take one with us every trip. It's well worth the $ because you get all the photographers pics plus all the attraction pics & all the character dining pics. - UTDISNEYFAMILY  1859.1 #89 3:40PM
Thank you. I didn't realize the character dining is included. - BibbidiBobbidiBoo  98.6 #3569 3:50PM

Hi! I have a question that I know MW would have the best advice. I'm going with a group of 10 in June and we want to do a character meal. The girls want to do Ariel's grotto but not sure if the 2 boys will like it. Anyone with experience taking boys there? Or should we do Goofy's instead? Thanks!

In my experience girls more easily handle gender neutral characters than boys handling the princess characters.  I'd go with Goody's Kitchen. - potatohead25  646.8 #300 7:12AM
Totally agree. Both will have fun at Goofy's. Plus you can have peanut butter/jelly pizza.  - sewedna  568.8 #348 12:18PM
goofys kitchen has a variety  of characters including a few princess, you can usually find goofy, pluto, alice, mad hatter, baloo, cinderella, aladdin, jasmin and a few others but are rotated daily . if they need more princess theres always the princess faire at dl to see them plus goofys kitchen has a great variety of breakfast, salads and fruits - pikarich  4984.1 #23 7:42AM

I'm thinking you could tell them without the stuff on the bottom and let them know you have a mango allergy - missmimi90  2014.4 #75 12:40AM

so we wanna order the photopassplus but we're finding conflicting info. Does a disc with all your pics come included in the price?? Can you add a second disc? Or can we just burn our own copy of a disc from the original at home (or is it somehow protected from that)? Is it worth it?? Thanks everyone!! :)

We did the PP+ last year and it was awesome! They mail you a disc with generic photos from the lark and a voucher to pick up the photo pass in park. Then you add all your photos from rides ect and when you get home again you order yor disc with pics free lf charge or you can have them email you the pics - I did he email and this year I think I will actually have them mail me a disc. Hope that helps a little :) it's a GREAT deal especially since you get all the ride pics included!!  - WirTANenAtDisney  131.6 #2987 3:06PM
They are jpgs on a disk so there is no issue with copying, sharing, etc. unless you are doing it for commercial purposes.  I will bump my post from earlier today for you to see. - turkeylegman  842.0 #213 3:20PM
