Yup. Four very quick months. and the you put in a request to transfer and its just a waiting game until the next available position
If you want to transfer, you will have to wait until your "probation" period is up (about 100 days) to transfer to a different department (also depends on that department's availability of open spaces for CMs). For transferring to a different area within your department, you will have to talk with your manager(s) to see what is available at the moment. - BaseballMickey_CM
