Desserts at Ariel's Grotto. They have made a change since our visit in November. Now each guest gets their own plate with three yummy treats. A mini Creme brûlée, a delicious s'mores styled treat and a chocolate dipped strawberry. All very delicious. I've also included a shot of the s'mores treat on its side, and my birthday cupcake. All delicious, but the s'mores was my favorite.
#TikiRoom. I have a great little video I took outside with the tikis. But I don't think I can put it in the collage. Anyway, the Tiki Room! We were so lucky to have Maynard as our host. Oh my gosh, he is just the best!! I wish I could have videoed his introduction! His impressions and accents and facial expressions are not to be missed! Let's see those Maynard stickers! Now we need some Tiki R More...
I have come to the conclusion that the beautiful Tianna must be the fastest moving princess there is. Every single time I see her, by the time I have fumbled to get my phone out and ready, there she goes. Every. Single. Time. So, may I present to you, the backside of the beautiful Princess Tianna!
Main Street Candy Palace. Some green treats and other yumminess. I checked on the chocolate raspberry bark that had been posted about a few weeks ago, but it was here for Valentine's Day only. I was able to snag their last gingerbread Mickeys, which we all love. Those, and some Matterhorn Macaroons from the Jolly Holiday, were take home treats! Yum!
Dinner at Tortilla Joe's in DTD yesterday. Margarita, the vegetarian burrito, shredded beef and chicken flautas, and child's chicken strips meal with fresh fruit. It was a great meal. The chips were hot and delicious, too. I will have to look up the prices on our receipt later. The waiter was very friendly and nice. We will definitely come back here!
Ahoy! Coming through! I guess it sometimes pays to have a long wait for breakfast. Just got an up close and personal as the Bootstrappers (I think that's what they're called?) came on through. Including our favorite Jon Walmsley of the Waltons fame! And voiced Christopher Robbin in the old Winnie the Pooh movie!
We checked out the new Starbucks in DTD tonight. Sure is big and pretty. Not sure about that big screen germ ball wannabe though. 😂 all the kids swiping their hands across the screen. 😂. It's a nice store though.
