You're asking about the traffic on Saturday though, right? Parks close at 6 am and reopen later Saturday morning. I have never been to these events, but I wonder how many hang in there until the bitter end. Probably busier traffic around 6-7 with people leaving. Maybe not as bad after that. Just speculating tough.

I would assume the majority of the people will start coming in after work so around 5-6pm until about maybe 12am it will be RIDICULOUS. But Tom's right - it's VERY unpredictable. Who knows what would happen.
