Are all attractions up and running? Planning on going tomorrow

Heading down to CA for Christmas...still deciding which day to go to DL w/ family. This may be a silly question but would anybody know which day would be best, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday after Christmas? Thanks in advance for all your help!
