Crowd index is not 76/100 it's 100/100 parking structure is full and closed.

Sometimes they close the structure to leave room for the later crowd or while they are getting the next level ready. Some people also park in the structure then walk to DTD. Doesn't necessarily mean it's 100/100. The wait times are a better indicator of how crowded it is. - LBChica 1500.3 #52 11:59AM

I highly, highly doubt the crowd index is 100/100. They close the parking structure from time to time, probably for better traffic flow out of the parks, and I'm sure that's the case today. - DisneyFanZoe 1096.8 #75 12:00PM
