Sorry for bringing negativity into the lounge but prayers and good thoughts are much needed. I just found out an old good friend was murdered yesterday morning by her ex bf. He killed her then killed himself and I am in complete shock and totally heart broken :( please pray for all her friends and family.

It's not negative. It's ok. I want you to go get a book called "How to Survive the Loss of a Love". It can apply to anything. a job, a fave item, a friend..anything. You will be going through several emotuions that you do not think apply. You're also going to get very angry. angry at her. angry at him. angry that maybe it could have been prevented. It's ok. Cry. Omg I'm soooo sorry! I just heard of something like this happening in Delano California. The man did it in front of a baby that was in a car seat. It's sooo sad that people feel the need to go out that way. My prayers go out to the families and friends. - WeLoveDisneyland
