That is a very strange looking stroller. I've seen a guy around the park with a regular jogger's stroller, but it had multi-colored LED lights all around it and it had an iPad mounted to the front so the kid can lay back and watch movies while her parents push her around the park. I remember my niece followed the stroller around 'cause she was trying to watch Tangled,which was playing on the iPad. - NotNKansasAnymor
