Good morning and Happy St Patty's Day everyone. Debating if I want to cook CB and Cabbage.

Here's my ofddball Corned Beef Thang:  Make a paste of Brown Sugar and Dijon Mustrad.  Slather on the Beef (The Corned Beef you sillies),  place on a rack,  oven at 3 fiddy....Pour Ginger ale in the bottome of the roasting pan...Tent loosely wiff foil.....it's about 20 minutes per pound.....remove foil and go another 15 to kinda crustificate......Yeah My recipe is odd but it's guuuud. - Butterlina  1570.6 #105 9:43AM
