This was hardest thing to say goodbye to. I hope I don't have to wait another 16 years to see it in person again.I watched it 6 times during my trip (shows you how much I missed it.) I have literally hundreds if pictures and also filmed the entire thing on one of the runs. Thanks for the memories, making me feel like a kid again and making me cry like a baby. Now please come home where you belong!

I would by crying during it too if I saw it again!!! I have such awesome memories watching it as a kid with my grandparents!!! I loved going to my grandparents house and listening to the record my grandpa had that had the parade pictured in the record. We would listen to it over and over again!! I would play it on my cd player in my car when I would enter the old parking lot until I parked my car!!!! I used the song as my wedding party and my hubby and I were introduced at our wedding reception. I am obsessed with the music!!!! PLEASE COME BACK TO DL!!!!!!!!!!! - caramiapoohAKAface

Such great memories you have brought back to me with your pics and video of this amazing parade. In the late 70's I worked the parade route; my good friend was the Blue Fairy; many of the dancers were in my dance/acting classes; I played this music for my unborn child to calm her (yes, it worked!).
