The lady at the dole whip line gave me the wrong dole whip float instead of a dole whip. I walked away with my paid dole whip float and the lady chased me down grabbed it from my hand and threw it away this was my face .

Must have been a new hire. Protocol when I worked was don't take back if it's your fault Because if a cm takes ir back thy just throw it away. Wasted food! Sorry about that - Madi

I can't believe it! Earlier this year I paid for a box of popcorn and the CM handed me a popcorn bucket and I gave him a look that said "I didn't order this" and he gave me a look that said "Enjoy!". He was distracted talking to another CM the whole time. - PrincessDuckie

@michelle yes I have the reciept. And I paid cash because I been getting charged double for everything I buy on my card for some reason. But I never call and figured just to bring cash instead. I been done up dirty - mozbaby

I have never encountered a compay, were if they messed up... They take back the item.... 99% percent of business let u keep the mistake and give u the new free at charge.... U should say something only for the fact u don't want her doing this to other people.... We know how special

I got my first dole float yeasterday. Waited in line for a looooong time. The 2 cms were so slow! They looked like they hated their job. Obviously that won't be my last time getting one but the friendliness is lacking. - DizPrincess_Sam
