Just make cupcakes using red liner cups ( I found then at joanns and saw them at some local grocery stores) the frost and then dip the tops in crushed Oreos. Get snack sized Oreos for the ears and keep them in place with toothpicks. His buttons are the hole punch remains hot glued to the liner and TADA Mickey mouse cupcakes :) - i.tink.i.pan
