Daily Exercise Accountability Log (DEAL). Let's start a daily post of the exercise we did that day. Even though a once a week Weigh-In is a helpful motivation, perhaps a daily log of what we did to burn those calories and get fit might get us to move more! Who is up for the challenge?!

Camp24 at the gym this morning then 30min walk/jog on treadmill. Wasn't feeling so great this morning so I treated myself to a nap as reward for working out :) - futureprincess  9.9 #9525 9:17PM
9.29 miles jogging this morning:) I think I may need need a walker now legs aren't working anymore. Lol - supertracy  471.2 #392 7:23PM
You are so inspiring to a newbie like me! - D55CR  249.9 #1240 12:10PM
Took 2 days rest after the killer workout Saturday - today (1/17) 5 miles (1.5 running - 3.5 fast walking).  The distance is getting easier, but the running is really hard - can't get my breathing under control - for you runners out there - any tips that can help me out with this? - princessSue  262.0 #1127 6:03PM
this might sound totally random but try not to think about it so much. Try to do it naturally. I have noticed at least inmyself once I start thinking about "breathing" I start to breath all crazy and then it turns into huff and puffing. Compared to if I get lost in my moment (running outside i find this easier to get lost in my thoughts) i breath naturally. ALso I have noticed that if I focus on the stride and make them less big and more under myself that I have a easier time with the breathing. - BooEve123  800.9 #195 12:26PM
Running to a good beat and focusing in my stride helps my breathing stay natural. If I focus too much on my breathing specifically, I get all anxious and "off" - Spoonful_O_Sugar  551.7 #320 12:57PM
1/18: walked outside 1.5m in the melting snow (mostly gone now) with my dog. I find I am actually looking forward to walking everyday, and am adjusting my schedule to make sure I have time to walk. (I am not committed enough to get up earlier in the morning, though. Maybe when it's lighter earlier.) Also, when I do my daily rounds at the hospital, I have been parking two floors above the walkway so I have to do some stairs coming and going. It probably sounds stupid, but for me, the consistency and change of attitude is a BIG change- even if it's only been 19 days. - PrincessKristin  780.2 #203 4:56PM
Sorry for writing a book. I'll try to keep it brief from now on! - PrincessKristin  780.2 #203 4:58PM
That's great! Keep it up! If you can walk in melting snow then it can only get easier when the weather gets better:). - supertracy  471.2 #392 5:02PM
1/23 10 min bike, 10 mins elliptical , 10 mins tread - BooEve123  800.9 #195 11:59PM
I've been wanting to start this for a while because of my own lack of desire to do some form of exercise on a daily basis. So even if it is just a walk around the block, at least I got my walking shoes on!!! Plus, it would be nice to get ideas and inspiration from others of different ways to exercise.... - DesperateMousewife  878.0 #180 8:24AM
I am addicted to the elliptical at my gym. I have a bad knee so sometimes the impact of the treadmill hurts. If it wasn't for the gym I'd never exercise so I know how you feel! But this is a good idea! It helps a lot having motivation from others!  - AlishaSkellington  175.2 #2185 8:43AM
Santa brought me one and I love that thing! I pick an episode to watch on the ipad and go to town - 415beachgirl  475.0 #390 9:38PM
I LOVE that Mickey Mouse Clubhouse pic! OK so you need to come over and do the Insanity DVDs with me in my garage! ugh so hard. :) - PinkyMouse  82.0 #3678 10:03AM
I'm up for this. Although you might get bored with my lack of creativity. Mainly I walk during my lunch hour at work. It helps me relieve stress at the same time. - Tinkaboudit  2249.0 #52 11:19AM
I walk a lot, I try to add other exercises into my day. Yesterday I turned in my iPod and rocked out while doing the dishes. - Mrs.mouse  517.1 #353 12:34PM
Just finished doing an hour of Yoga at 24 Hour fitness. Have never been to this class. Felt more like just stretching, didn't even break a sweat. Hope it still burned some calories?!! - DesperateMousewife  878.0 #180 12:38PM
I just got (and did) Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 and it kicked my butt. Sweating hard. - miss_rachel  120.3 #3066 5:03PM

4/4: kettlebells and elliptical - Spoonful_O_Sugar  551.7 #320 7:59PM
I've been hesitant to participate here because then I'll be accountable to follow through...ha! How silly is THAT!? So anyway, I'm going to walk to work this morning and hit the gym for a circuit workout after work. There...I said it so now I have to do it. lol - vernswifevickie  400.2 #499 6:40AM

I'm with you. I have not done any exercise for 3 days (blame it on TOM) and feel like blah....blech....blob.... - DesperateMousewife  878.0 #180 12:56PM
4/9: kettlebells & pilates; 4/10: hike with Hubby and my Dug; 4/11: 40 mins on elliptical. Less than an hour per day, but some is better than nothing, right? I'm having a hard time getting motivated, too. It helps to focus on how my body actually feels when I'm done, rather than what it looks like or how much I weigh. I feel a million times better than I did a year ago, even though I weigh about the same. - Spoonful_O_Sugar  551.7 #320 5:34PM

Will be doing 6 miles when i get home.  - BooEve123  800.9 #195 4:30PM
this might sound totally random but try not to think about it so much.
Sorry for writing a book. I'll try to keep it brief from now on! - PrincessKristin  780.2 #203 4:58PM

unFORECAST (BETA) is here! Top MouseWaiters giving you the rundown of what's happening at the Disneyland Resort. Automated crowd prediction calendars are worthless--the UNFORECAST is where it's at!

unForecast for week of December 22, 2014:

Park Hours: DL: 8am-12am (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Sunday) 8am-11pm (Wednesday); DCA: 8am-11pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Sunday), 8am-10pm (Wednesday).

Reminder to check out the new "Freeze the Night", apart of Frozen Fun in Hollywood Land every night.

unForecast Crowd Prediction: Expect it to be busy this week, Monday and Tuesday, with CIs in the 80s in Disneyland Park and in the 70s in DCA. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are hard to predict, crowd wise, as it is sometimes busy and sometimes crowded. Then expect it to be busy the rest of the weekend.

Merry Christmas!  - BaseballMickey_CM Dec 22, 2014 12:07PM

We have always noticed that Saturdays are better than Sundays! We always come on the weekend and say we want to leave at dinner time on Sunday, but always leave by 11-12 because there are so many people. We love Saturday!! - 1Princess3Princes  351.6 #595 5:39PM

If you're there today, you can make HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 'S POTC meetup at 6 pm. Usually they will gather across from the ride entrance. Perhaps along the fence area of the Riverbelle Terrace. Look for a fairly large group of fun-loving people. Many will have their mouse ears on. Your hostess, Ms Churro, will be leading the way. Just dive right in and ask, 'excuse me. Is this the Mousewait meetup?'  You won't be sorry!  Disneygrl35 - MeridaFan  3439.8 #28 2:09PM
Thanks so much for the info MeridaFan!!!😊😊 - Disneygrl35  2.1 #55989 2:19PM
