There has been a lot of discussion regarding this topic. From what I understand, you MUST return to the attraction within the window of time stated on the pass. Early and late arrivals will not be accepted. This was enforced beginning mid/late February. I hope this helps. I think a CM may have more insight than I. - TaraInDisneyland

They definitely are enforcing. If ride was down, they keep track of it. I had FP for RSR and they let me return ANY time later that day since my FP was good while it was down. Didn't have a problem. But I've been turned away and had them take it.
If you have small kids, you might be able to get a bit more time. But they are definitely looking closely. - DLKenCA

I haven't been to DL since the enforcement of FP tickets. Has it really streamlined the attraction wait times? (Yes, I was guilty of being a FP hoarder) trying to strategize my next visit

I don't think it has changed much. They do check the hours. But we were there last Sat and the line for Splash mountain was 110 mins with NO FP, but it was probably 35 mins WITH the FP. Line was all the way out the barn entrance for FP. We gave up.
They say it has helped on RSR since everyone was lining up in the FP near closing.
I haven't seen much change on any of the lines though. - DLKenCA

I saw these same planters and lights at gordmans. I think they were a bit cheaper too maybe in the 25 dollar range. They had lots of stuff that was similar. I do like the birdbath though! They didn't have those! Adorable! - evilqueensmistress
