My mousewait points are not being added. I have the emails saying the points I received and they didn't add to my current points. What should I do?
The points earned in the emails are incorrect, we are displaying the wrong amount (way too high) -- however your overall MouseRank is correct. We are working on a fix for this. - Admin

I'm having issues making any changes to my profile because my username has a hyphen in it, and apparently that's no long allowed? I'd really like to avoid changing it, but I want to update my profile pic, enable DM (it used to be enabled, now its not?), etc. Anytime I try to make any changes, they won't go through because my username is no longer allowed?

I went ahead and changed it. Changing a hyphen to an underscore isn't a huge deal. I just didn't want to change my entire username because I'm not very active here anymore and I want people to still know who I am. - brit_brit

I finally got it to work. Took a while, but make sure your e-mail in Facebook matches your e-mail login. Also CLEAR COOKIES and history from browser. Your "username" should match your username in Mousewait. - DLKenCA

I have an Android and just noticed that on my Dashboard I have an empty box where the "Crown"Index should be and the page itself is all messed up. I haven't been able to post anything on the Lounge because the keyboard doesn't come up and now my page won't even scroll down. I've restarted the phone and uninstalled and installed the app but nothing. Am I the only one?

Sorry but these questions have been bugging me. What do MouseWait'ers use to make photo collages? In a lot of Disneyland posts all I see is squares. What do I need to download in order to see the text people are using. Thank You.
By "text" you may mean emoji's. These are seen on iphone (maybe others too). I can't see them on my computer. I use collage apps on my iphone, there are lots to review and choose from. I hope this helps and I'm sure others will have useful input too. - ShariRenee

I believe android phones are unable to see the emojicons. They are basically symbols like smiley faces our items like food etc.

I have an android, that is the issue, people with apple products can see all the emoji's. I've done research and it looks like a no go for andriod user other than loading iffy apps or patches. So when you click on the Mouse Wait's person's link, it used to tell you when they joined and the point break down. These items are no longer listed. Is this intended, are they coming back, or is it just a side effect of the system issues that occurred a while back? Thanks
