Hi support, I am having problems with my stickers. I was gifting some this morning and went back in to my stickers and found a few missing. I had 2 carnation trucks and the both disappeared . I wanted to give one as a gift but couldn't. Is there a way to check my account and see what happened?

Hey!  I just logged in after a week or so and the lounge's now have larger and more readable fonts on my Windows Phone 8.1!  Was it the work of the MouseWait team?  Or was it due to the recent phone software update?  Either way, it's a much more enjoyable experience reading the forums!

Hi @Admin, I just noticed today that the stickers in my collection are all mixed up. The latest ones bought used to show at the top, but now it's as though they were thrown into the air and landed wherever. I'd spent a lot of time on my PC arranging them, so I'm just wondering if it can be changed back? Thanks!

did you hit sort by any chance? Then they're alphabetized, except on mine they all are by alphabet with the mine train showing up in front of all! So there are glitches. I'm having trouble navigating the app. I have tried several rims in the last half hour to get to my MW. Gave up on that and tried to find the restaurant on the pier in DCA that's the little mermaid theme so I could see about make reservations ( if you even need to do that). Nothing.

That page should be gray with a list of options in white. Maybe go to your MW, see if all is well , log in and out, turn off your phone, turn it back on then go back and log in. If you're still having problems, go to the bottom of that page on the side by clicking the 3 bars, send in a support  ticket, and if it can't be fixed right away, most are uninstalling then re installing the app.  - secretagentangel  1698.7 #88 9:11PM
