Hi everyone! I've been doing a lot more of my own cooking recently, and I was just wondering, do you have any favorite "Disney snacks/meals" that remind you of things from the parks that you are able to make at home? Ok! This is just crazy! I have gained again this week another 2.8 lbs!! I know it's me not doing the plan, not getting excersise, not relieving my stress, eating properly!!!!! I have a medical test in the morning then I am going to try and buy a fit bit. I have said this before but I have to get moving, get motivated, stay focused, plan and track meals. Happy Monday, everyone! It's a brand new week. Time to continue with a great routine or hit the reset button if you had a few bad days. Two and a half pounds a week is the most you should lose in a healthy way. Don't go crazy or beat yourselves up... Slow and steady wins the race. Have a great week!
