Back at home and totally depressed! I actually weighed this morning....drumroll...gained 5 lbs but not worried. I'm going back to Jenny and I'm sure it'll come back off (and I throughly enjoyed every bite!).
Day 2 at the park started with breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen. I'm SO not used to eating real food (I didn't even eat that much!). Now I'm back in the room with a sore stomach....gonna take it ez from now on!
Hi, everyone! Long time, no "see" :) I hope you are all doing well. I need to get back in to healthy habits again. I do so much better when I have accountability and you all have always helped me. I was curious if there was a "CHUB33" Facebook group or an Interest in one? The MW app/website can be hard to use sometimes and I thought a closed, private group might work well. What do you all think?
Super frustrating day! I was supposed to do a 10 mile run, and I just wasn't feeling it, pretty much from the word "go." Maybe it was just the thought of a double digit run, lol. Just the first quarter mile felt like a struggle--my body felt like lead! But I pushed through, for the next few miles. I go back to work in a few weeks. I'm so worried that I'll have emotional breakdowns, because that happens a lot. I have a specialist appointment this week, I hope he can help. I am barely hanging on. In other news, I haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks. Maybe in a few days.
I just wanted to share this picture of my little niece. They went to a Frozen party at Paint a Dream. My sister said that Violet was so excited to see them! And yes they are discussing her "tattoos". Lol
Yesterday I had an interview and hadn't thought out the outfit. My old black "work" pants swam on me, so today I went through the "bag of many sizes" and redid my closet. I was exhausted after trying on everything (counts as exercise, right?)
I'm down .6 this week. Not surprising after the previous 2 weeks I had. I'm ok with it. I'm moving forward with my goals. How's everyone doing?
