Question...at the end of the month the Pacific Whale Foundation is holding a 10k, 5k and 2-1/2 mile walk. Typical family event - there will be music and food/games after. I want to do the 5k but my son thinks that only people who run the whole way should enter, and that I should sign up for the walk instead. I know I can easily do the 5k if I walk/run. What would ya'll do?
Getting ready for my first ever 5K (walking), doing the Star Wars this month. Today I walked 2.8 miles!! 3 10ths more and I'll have done 5K. I have to figure out how to add that little bit to my route.
