i was doing so good on eating healthy and getting my 10,000 steps in but the last month i've done nothing. I am very down in the dumps. I took a walk today and felt better but could only walk half of what i had been. starting today i have to get off my butt and keep walking. We've got 60 days till or next visit and i refuse to not be ready for it!!!!
Help! I'm having issues with one of my sons and its making me sad and all I want to do is eat. I'm so mad at myself. I worked so hard to lose the weight (and vacation is in August). Why do I let emotions control me (and why do cookies make it all better). Sorry...needed to vent.

Hi everyone! I've been doing a lot more of my own cooking recently, and I was just wondering, do you have any favorite "Disney snacks/meals" that remind you of things from the parks that you are able to make at home?
