Ok my weigh in was today and I was down4.4 lbs. how? I do not know! I did not feel it, I actually felt up. Anyway it is a start and we are heading into easter weekend so my goal is continue drinking my water, get two days of activity in this week( right now I do none) and maintain my weight for next week. Ok! This is just crazy! I have gained again this week another 2.8 lbs!! I know it's me not doing the plan, not getting excersise, not relieving my stress, eating properly!!!!! I have a medical test in the morning then I am going to try and buy a fit bit. I have said this before but I have to get moving, get motivated, stay focused, plan and track meals. I found the info on the Walking Circuit!  Go to the "Resources" button. Then go to "Chub33" and scroll down. Note: It says to enter Wait Times along the way based on the sign, CM, or your own estimate. Those are no longer acceptable Wait Times because they aren't accurate.  First time post I am working the Disneyland California adventure area until June 30 I'm from Seattle and walk Monday through Friday 20,000 steps so I had seven days of our of walking in the parks the first week was with My family but since they left Saturday I went up and now close to were I was on Friday last week 290 - ardisney  8.8 #12171 5:07AM

Which Fitbit do you use? I use the Charge and log all my exercise and food/beverages. It tracks your caloric input and output and gives you a caloric plan for your weight loss goals. I suck at steps but am pretty good with exercise and diet.  - Ilovegoofy  31.0 #6015 5:18PM

How fantastic!  There's going to be a lot of walking in FL. What if you just forget the scale and working out and go for walks everyday instead?  Start with a half hour if you can. I like to walk my dog because it's fun to see the world through his eyes--he sniffs everything and that reminds me to stop and smell the flowers more often ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒพ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพ

Both ARE exercise!  Gardening requires squats, core strength, and working your arms and shoulders. And swimming is the best exercise around because it works EVERY muscle in your body all at once!  And of course swimming gets your heart pumping at any speed. So, curious... What motivates each of you to lose weight?

In addition to wanting to be healthy, my lifetime motivation  is to be able to travel until I die. That includes carrying my own luggage up and down the stairs at home, placing it overhead in overhead bins, and dragging it around Europe (someday, Europe!). I want to go on cruise shore excursions without worrying about how strenuous the activity is or what the weight limit.  And I want to look good in all those photos! - Ilovegoofy  31.0 #6015 9:16PM

#WeighInWednesday. How'd everyone do? I lost 2 oz. wth? Why can't I lose anything? Anyone else in Atkins face this? Admittedly I blew it a few days (& gained 3 lbs), but now I'm back on track and stuck! So frustrating!

Are you exercising and dieting? ย Try changing your routine up. Also look at the salt content of what you've been eating. And where are you in your cycle? ย I can gain up to 4 lbs before my period. The last few days I've been snacking on sunflower seeds and gained two lbs. Argh! ย I know better and still gave into the craving. Now I am concentrating on increasing my water intake to flush it all out. Don't get too discouraged! ย It probably took you a long time to put on the extra weight and it's only logical that it will take some time and consistency to take it back off. Definitely got to watch the salt. My other BIG issue is that I'm eating way too many of the Atkins bars (which are delicious and taste like candy). I gotta stop them cold turkey and get back to eating real food - msdizmaui  743.5 #266 4:42PM
