I'm down .8 this week. I finally crossed the 15 pound mark. I'm happy with my results this week. I feel like I'm making more changes for good rather than to just lose weight. I'm ok with the slow loss. It means that I don't feel deprived or like I need a cheat.

Day 7 with the Vertigo, and first time in a week that I walked Pono in the park. Still have the dizziness, but it's sort of "controllable" at this point (although I will admit that I fell over when I bent down to pick up poop!). Going back to work tomorrow (tried on Saturday but only lasted 2 hrs). May even try the elliptical in the morning! Hope everyone has a great week!

Another 1.6 loss - but that includes last week as I forgot to weigh (got up at 5:30 for the Color Run!). Just shy of 25 lbs total for the year, but at only 5 lbs a month, I'm in this for another 3 months to lose the remaining 15 lbs! Time to step up the exercise! How's everyone else doing?
My parents took my niece to Disneyland today to celebrate her second birthday. They took her to Knotts yesterday and my niece cried and didn't want to go on any rides. Guess she knows already which ones better. Lol.

Hi everyone. It's been a while so I'm checking in. I've been following the DASH diet guidelines along with counting my WW points. I'm trying to control my blood pressure without meds. It's been a week. I've lost 4 pounds and my BP is 122/72 this morning. I think it's working. I'm going to check in here more often. I've missed being here. Life is crazy :)
Hello ladies! I just had my little princess (preemie baby) October 5. I made the mistake and didn't excercise while pregnant so now I have to lose 35 pounds. I'm eager since my wardrobe is limited. Down 1.6 this week (total 23 lbs ytd). Not as much as I would have liked, but at least I broke the "1 lb" curse! Vertigo is a little better today - I'm going to try to actually exercise a little (my legs miss the daily walk!). How's everyone else doing?
Day 3 of having Vertigo. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy! Anyone know of any exercises (to get those crystal things back in the right place in my ear) that work!?! This is absolutely nuts...just make it go away!
The past 4 days haven't been the best. My husbands grandpa is very sick and in the hospital. We have been balancing work, kids, and hospital time. My eating has been off. I'm really unhappy with myself. I'm terrified to weigh myself. Tomorrow is a new day.
