Good morning. It has been a while since I have been on. Not doing well with the weight loss 😪 I have gone to WW for 6 years, lost 50 lbs and now through yo yo-ing have gained it all back. I have decided to take a break from the meetings and weigh ins but hope to find support here more often. Looking to buy a fit bit and get motivated in the way of moving more than in food. I have a fitbit and I love it. I log everything into it, food, water, sleep, exercise. It really helps with eating because it logs everything so you know exactly how much to eat daily. I just have the flex, not the fancy one. - varela2892  48.2 #4947 2:46PM

#WeighInWednesday. I lost a pound. Yeah! I really lost one of the 5 pounds I've gained, but at least now I'm moving in the right direction.

Looks like a plastic wristwatch. There are different models so you need to research what would work best for you. Syncs with smartphones. Tracks your steps,  floors climbed, sleep, calories and calories burned automatically. The app allows you to also track food, exercise, and weight. Hi everyone! I've been doing a lot more of my own cooking recently, and I was just wondering, do you have any favorite "Disney snacks/meals" that remind you of things from the parks that you are able to make at home? (And maybe tweak to make them at least slightly more healthy, haha 😂) What are your suggestions?

Ok! This is just crazy! I have gained again this week another 2.8 lbs!! I know it's me not doing the plan, not getting excersise, not relieving my stress, eating properly!!!!! I have a medical test in the morning then I am going to try and buy a fit bit. I have said this before but I have to get moving, get motivated, stay focused, plan and track meals. I found the info on the Walking Circuit!  Go to the "Resources" button. Then go to "Chub33" and scroll down. Note: It says to enter Wait Times along the way based on the sign, CM, or your own estimate. Those are no longer acceptable Wait Times because they aren't accurate. Which Fitbit do you use? I use the Charge and log all my exercise and food/beverages. It tracks your caloric input and output and gives you a caloric plan for your weight loss goals. I suck at steps but am pretty good with exercise and diet.  - Ilovegoofy  38.3 #5424 5:18PM

How fantastic!  There's going to be a lot of walking in FL. What if you just forget the scale and working out and go for walks everyday instead?  Start with a half hour if you can.
