Does the parade, fireworks, WOC go on tonight even with the rain?

Fantasmic will get cancelled in the rain. Fireworks won't, but there won't be snowfall. Fireworks only cancel in the wind. WOC only cancels if there is major thunder and lightning. And the parade will be modified and/or cancelled. Just depends on how bad the floats are wet and how bad the rain has fallen before - Katie_CM89 174.7 #1967 3:45PM
