i bearly learned that Chub33 is for advise in healthy eating :) im excited bcuz i need help! does anyone know of a diet that really works? i dont have alot of money so WeightWatchers & things like that arnt very possible for me right now. iv tried eating less & healthier but its difficult living with my family & not being able to stay away from goodies & meals my mom makes. another thing i realized is that im a stress eater which is what is causing wieght gain, there are many things going on in my life right now that my family & i are dealing with. .any advise?
Just eat smaller portions, quit when your satisfied not full. Eat some fruit if you want to snack just cause. I do, apples and peanut butter is a good sweet snack. You basically just gotta reduce how much you eat and leave out certain things, if your mom makes sphagetti and garlic bread then have only 1 piece if bread or none. Just simple stuff like that. - happilyEVERafter

Try using a smaller plate. It sounds funny but it seems like a slightly smaller plate with your meal nicely arranged can fool you into thinking you've had more. Also try putting your fork down and having some water every few bites to slow yourself down. Good luck! - DeneciePie
