Would it be crazy to drive all the way back to DL from nor cal in 2weeks if I just got back from there last night?

@michelledork. We are in auburn. So we have an extra hour and a half on you. But I would love to go once a month. How long do you stay when you are there. and do you have someone you stay with? It could get expensive staying in a hotel once a month. - Pinup Princess

Not crazy at all! I live in Elk Grove and we are heading back this weekend and next. And we were just there before thanksgiving. I say if you have the time and energy for the drive plus a pass go for it! - lockshockbarrel

We usually stay with anyone who will let us crash couch. We have a few friends down here but we try not to over extend our welcome and stay a lot. We've stayed in hotels a few times. This trip we'll be in a hotel. If we have the extra cash and it's a special reason, we'll splurge for a room. Since I got a new job, we only are able to come down for the weekends. We used to go during the week. - michelledork
