I carry with me an external battery that plugs into my iPhone. It give me about 1 1/2 full charges. It's about the size of a deck of cards. I can charge my phone from anywhere. I agree with the back-up battery. It's funny, I actually have several. The Griffen "PowerBlock Reserve" is about $40. It comes with a USB wall charger and a small detatchable back-up battery. This smaller back-up battery is best for iPhones with cases. Also the "Dexim BluePack S5" works well too. Downside is it only fits to iPhones without the case on. Duracell also has a back-up battery which has an on/off switch, very small and portable. Only downside is that it requires the iPhone cord to plug into the USB port. Great suggestions! I've also noticed that turning off ur Bluetooth, 3G and WiFi works wonders. All 3 are constantly looking for carriers even in sleep mode. They are all in Settings. - ToneLoc  456.8 #267 5:09PM
