thanks.. you can now see the change. look at the beams on the harbor side, then look at the beams by the front gates you can really see the years on the beams.

007 the Flickr is in your resources button so its just as easily accessible the problem I have is that there has been 4 photo posts about this all to be instigating a fight on whos right thus removing our friendly vacation atmosphere. I am sorry I messed up by posting twice but this is for Disneyland related photos. Did you also know in te building of the Grand the monorail had a planned stop. No one has said why it was scrapped but you can still see most of it when your in the courtyard. - GoofyJoe

Goofyjoe I saw the original post were all this started. Where coaster asked you were you got your info and you saying you have maps to prove it thus you posted at least 2 different photos to prove you're right. If it was to show the coolness I would get it but you are proving you're right thus taking away from our happy filled land instead of adding to it. The rules clearly state to keep this family and vacation oriented. That's why I suggested this be a better Flickr photo because both of you were getting into it on the first post. As for what missmara said I don't care if you are new or old I never said anything about points or who's a noob all I said in the rules that we need to keep everything friendly around here - Smart.tea

I was sharing info that's it I did not take any of this as him or I attacking eachother. He presented his info and I presented mine. Cause I did not have the dictic app anther MW step up to help. That's it there is no ill feelings or anything like that. I posted to hub cause it is in Disneyland, downtown disney and California Avdenture. You can report the other post if it make you happy. @Coaster, I emialed the Archives and i also emailed Dave Smith via a old contact I had at Imagineering.
I spoke to anther imangineer and he said it was moved in 1974 to make way for a backup power plant, so not the info is getting sketchy. Nothing about that anywhere. I will share the info when I get it.

@RM. I dont recall the opening of Grand but you can clearly see thefe was a stop. I would love to know if it did pick up guests. I stayed there when it opened but was way to excited and had to see the park.
