Ok, I got some information from doing a search here, but needed just a few more answers. Thanks in advance for the help. So next Friday I will be at the resort (staying at the grand with my best friend celebrating her birthday). Anywho, I have to get dining arrangements ready, not too late right? We are planning on eating at ariel's grotto and getting the WOC seats. When you call do they just take your name down? Do you have to provide any other info? I want to be prepared before calling. Well, im going to look at food reviews now. Thanks in advance for the help.
They take your name and ask how many adults and children are in your party. Once they give you a reservation time keep in mind that it's best to arrive at least 15 minutes before then just to help expedite things (it can get pretty busy). I'm actually doing the Ariel's Grotto WoC dinner Friday! It was a painless process. Good luck! - PrincessJ

Call to make reservations. They take your name, what time you need & how many in your party. Let them know if adults or kids coming! - BeautyandTheBeast

Disney Dining Reservations: 714-781-3463. It's best to call disney dining to be sure you have will get a WOC dinner, especially if you go on a friday, or Saturday! Those reservations may go quicker!
