It's so worth it if you already have a pass. It's 700+tax. For us it was cheaper to upgrade our passes than buy tickets over there. Technically we saved alot. Also you get merc discounts. I always hate to buy stuff for full price when I know I can get it at a discount if they have it at Disneyland. Believe me, I did all the calculating it was the best deal. - iheartdisney

And do you get good hotel ap rates as well? Are you staying on property? That's what I think would be worth the most money--is that right though? I've been thinking about doing this but you can't check the ap rates calendar until you have your pass so I feel hesitant - Robynlaurel

You get discounted hotel rates too. If you call the reservation line they will quote you the room rates. I did book my room on property before I had the pass. They just need to see it when you check in. Even will all the promos they are running it was still cheaper to upgrade my AP and book my room with an it. - iheartdisney

So this is good for both California and Florida? That woudl be great. I heard somehwere that if you are planning a certain number of days in the park it is wise to get the ap what is that number? We are planning a 9 day trip to WDW this year wodnering if we should get the AP. We do have one free day left over from a trip 10 years ago. - Eraf61

I priced out a Deluxe AP and 7 days of park hopping at WDW and the Premier pass ends up being cheaper than the 2 combined. So excited to get one when we go to WDW this summer! - BlueberryCrusader

Nice!!! The bad news is that in Florida you don't get near as much discounts on food and shopping as you do out here. We bought our passes in August
and was a little disappointed in the lack of discounts that pertained to the card. Better read the fine print on what it is good for! - Tcarnahan
