@mommy7328 I know that both times I went to see them This weekend the last time was 4:45pm with a line that started at about 4:30pm. I'd go over to that area of New Orleans Sq and ask to be sure. Hope that helps! - teaparty

To met jack and Sally I recommend getting in line about 30/40 minutes before they come out. We waited 40 minutes and were 3rd in line and glad we got there early. 20 minutes before they came out the line was wrapped around the fountain. They told us as soon as jack and Sally come out the have to close the line because it gets so long and this was yesterday! (Tuesday) - Queenof2princesses

We lucked out when we caught them. We just happened to be walking by when they were walking out and we followed them and only had to wait about 5 minutes. Would have been less, but we didn't want to push and shove like the people ahead of us were - SPandEvLover
