Just back from our first attempt to view WOC. We got section red at 10:15 this morning and weren't able to get to viewing area as early as we should have. We're short and seeing the water screen (tops only) and blurred from the angle. We gave up and left about ten minutes in. Anybody else have a less than perfect feeling about this show? Is it worth struggling to try and get better viewing area? We truly couldn't see enough to make keeping the toddler out any later worth the payback. 8-)
I've been told that red is the least desirable section. - Tom

I've heard blue and yellow are best but I could be wrong. I've only seen it once. - PrettyPixie

Personally, I really don't like this fast pass system for the show. Especially since if you don't have a pass you pretty much stand way in the back or watch it from the back where nothing happens. It'd be much better if it were like fantasmic where you steak out your spot if you want a really good seat. Also I don't think ithe shows that great, fantasmic is better - jazzydarling

Have you tried doing the picnic package or dining package? I have a now 3 yr. old, but when we saw it I opted for the Trattoria dining. No way my 2 yr. old could wait a long time before the show started for optimal viewing. The reserved dining section and blue sections are the best from what I hear. - MimiMouse

Out of honesty, a good secret spot is the viewing area past ariel's grotto that opens up on the pier for non fast pass holders to view the show. also your best bet is to view the show on blue, orange, or yellow in the front. - Kingdomhearts209

We did the ariels grotto dinner package and sat in the green section. Definitely worth it at least once to get the full effect of the show. The food is excellent also - Disneyaddict

Keep trying! I did the picnic meal and felt it was well worth it. We got the blue section. I would love to see it again. It's a really cool show

It took me three tries and two dinning packages but I was thrilled when I was front and center for the show. Also once you see it from the front I recommend seeing the back side for a unique perspective. - DisneyPhotoFan

The section you get with the dinners was great for us this summer. Kids almost 4 and 20 months loved it!!! - Lovetherat

We had a similar issue and went to a cm and they move us to a preferred seating area. Apparently it's suppose to tiered seating but for kids it doesn't always work real well - Minderella

We'll give it another shot next trip. Fortunately we got APs so we can keep trying. We told castmembers both on the way in and the way out that we couldn't see. No sympathy there. - DeneciePie

U just got a bad zone! Blue and yellow r the best but u need to at least be on a railing. It is an amazing show if u can actually get to see it in a good section - MelB
