Morning mousewaiters! I was wondering what everyone does for a living? And do you enjoy it? Do you have time to go to Disneyland as often as you would like? I'll start, I'm a stay @ home Mom, but I'm also a massage therapist, and help out my Hubby a few times a week @ our auto registration service. I <3 my jobs! I've been able to squeeze in DL once a week since Christmas. I'd live there if I could! Lol

I work at a coffee shop and go to school full time. My major is either engineering or physics. I get to go pretty often even though I have my educational and financial responsibilities but I wouldn't say that's nearly enough. - Mark and my lady  -0.2 #174812 6:35AM
@Dusty29-sorry to hear you got laid off! :( but let me say Thank You in Advance for your commitment in serving and protecting our country! :) @ Mark and my Lady- oh wow physics or engineering! Good for you! Best of luck to you in your studies! :) - Duchess_SMK  6501.6 #19 6:42AM

I'm mostly a SAHM but used to teach school and now volunteer once a week and am uniform co-ordinator (which I hate). I'm also a pastor's wife - and believe me, that's a job! In recent times we've spent2-3 days at DL at a time in 2004, 2005 and 2007. Probably won't get back for a few years - and that's nowhere near enough for me! But I wouldn't mind betting that I am the farthest MWaiter from DL. Quickest route takes 25+ hours by plane if you're lucky! :o( - BLG  1048.9 #184 9:01AM

I am a store manager for kragen/o'reilly auto parts. I have been in the automotive feild for about 12 years and i love cars. My finance normally get to the parks a couple times a month. - Nitrobug  1469.3 #121 10:05PM
I know I'm late to this post, just enjoying everyonrs answers! My bro and I service and inspect exhaust systems I'm industrial kitchens, weird I know, but supports the DL habbit. Also a Kung Fu instructor 3 days a week. - Name(required)Cd9  -0.1 #173554 12:04AM
I write music and television scripts in LA. I've been really lucky, met some amazing people, and thankfully can visit Disneyland whenever I want. An extended illness has kept me on the down low for 4 years, but this year I hope to return to work and make even more friends within the Disney company. I was lucky enough to escort an ederly imagineer to Disneyland's 50th Anniversery gala, which was probably my single happiest memory. So many talented, accomplished, and dazziling people that night. So many stories, so many memories. It reminded me what people can accomplish when they still have that spark of curiosity and the burning desire to share their work with the world on such a grand scale. It meant so much to me and the memory gives me hope for the future after a difficult period. - Kayoss  82.7 #3981 1:56AM
A Unix/Linux system admin. Formerly an Oracle database admin. I live close enough that we would go 3-4 times a week during the summer. It is tougher when my kids started school though. They have to go to bed early, so we only go 1 or 2 times a week - ZombieJerky  372.1 #628 2:42AM
I am a Registered Nurse. I work ER's on the weekend and run a clinic in LA during the week. I love all my jobs, and adore being a nurse. We go to DL about 2 x a month on Sundays( blocked out on Sat). I looked into working at the park, but you must be Part time (no Per Diem). And commit to 6 shifts a month. If I could work 1 or 2 weekend a month, I would work there in a second. - Out numbered mom  -0.2 #174540 3:17AM
I teach elementary school in Northern California. Since I districts around here are not hiring full time teachers right now I am a substitute. Currently I am a long term substitute teacher in a 3rd grade class. I have been with those kids since December and will be with them until the end of the school year. I absolutely love teaching! It is so rewarding! The district I work in has year-round schools, so I get whole months off at a time. I am off now and will be off again in May. Love, love, love the year round schedule! It provides lots of opportunities for vacations without crowds. DH and I are AP holders right now because we went in mid December for the holidays and we will be returining in May for our 1 year anniversary. Hoping for a great AP rate so we can stay at PPH or DLH! - Cutedisneygirly  2.3 #59670 7:21AM

Disneyland unFORECAST (BETA) is here! Top MouseWaiters giving you the rundown of what's happening at the Disneyland Resort. The unFORECAST now has its own page on the web www.unFORECAST.com

unFORECAST for the month of May 2016
The last few weeks have been relatively quiet, but we will see crowds rise as we get to the end of May, especially toward the end of the month when Grad Nite begins. Looking back at MouseWait's Historical Crowd Index (available in our MagicPlan iOS Calendar), crowds averaged in the high 70s (approx 70% capacity), then the Crowd Index rose to the 80s toward the end of the month. Remember, we've seen larger crowds ever since the 60th Celebration began, so keep that in mind when looking at historical Crowd Index data. To get a real-time look at crowd levels, check the MouseWait App for Crowd Index averages and wait times. Have a great week! - Admin May 9, 2016 5:42PM

MouseWait COUNTDOWN for iOS is here! Countdown the days to your next Disneyland or Disney World trip with our images OR your pics! Your Countdown also displays on Apple Watch and is beautiful on iPhone 6 screens. Secure the discounted launch price for a limited time.

So from the looks of it, there is not even one app made for those of us on android. You know there are millions of people who do not own iPhones. Its kind of rediculous these days not to offer an android version of apps. Would love to help this site grow by donating, but I see no point in that when there appears to be no intrest by the app builders here to support android. I mean how about atleast a partialy functional app so we can feel that theΒ android users are even wanted as a part of the mousewait community.Β I see lots of requests and sad posts about no android, but dont see any replys by the site to the fact that anyone is even working on it.I've checked back here every so offten to see if there is anything for android users, but never bothered joining until today.I just wanted to rant a little, and now I am done.Unfortunalty, at this point I think I am officaily giving up on mousewait.Β Thanks for reading Β and understanding my frustrations ( i hope ) and please everyone........Have a Disney-tastic day!Mark - molney14u  0.1 #105888 11:05AM
I have an iPhone and an old droid. I use the old droid for wait times when my iPhone can't connect and it works fine. There's so many droid phones to have  separate apps for but I hope android makers would start using the basic same code and security but I'm probably wishing on a star for that . I miss my droid but a lot of apps don't work the same.  - secretagentangel  6443.4 #20 8:10PM
