I can't exactly remember cause I renewed last saturday. But the price for renewal for deluxe is 29.6something? With parking. But if you get premium, its just 4-5 bucks more. So premium is a better go if ou decide to renew from the deluxe option. - Kingdomhearts209

The way the CM explained it is if you renew before your expiration date, you don't have to pay the down payment and it just rolls through to your next billing cycle for the year. The $20 savings they are talking about is if you decide to renew, you don't have to pay that extra cash as if you were starting a whole new pass. - Kingdomhearts209

So simply said, say you are paying the old price now right? And you decide to renew, technically you do pay the new price, but by renewing before you expire, you don't have to pay the down payment like as if you're purchasing it for the first time again. So you just pay the additional to your pass and not a whole much diff. - Kingdomhearts209
