Haunted Mansion question. In the stretching rooms is the exit to the doom buggies always below the painting of the woman with the parasol on the tight rope? I know this is true at WDW but not sure about DL. Thanks

PP- I agree I just know where the door is for each stretching room exit but never paid attention to which painting was above. PandC. You are right about it being an elevator at DL. The ride at WDW is not an elevator but rather the room stretches upward. - 25Cents

I think the answer is no. I believe I was looking at that painting while doing down, then exited a different direction than towards her. Of course there are two elevators. - Tom

The door to exit into the ride is not under her. I always stand at the exit so I can hurry and get on the ride. We look across at her cuz Lil Dzny likes the alligator in her painting. - DznyHeart

It depends on which elevator you go in because the door will meet in the middle of the two because once the elevator goes down the guests in both elevators flow into the same hallway. I hope this answered your question! - Tigger1223

I just remember if I go in the left elevator, enter and move to the right. If I go in the right elevator, enter and move to the left because the hallway is in the middle. - Iluvjackx2

I've heard from a CM that there is a break room right next to the stretch rooms and they would be sitting there eating and hear thunder and screaming every couple minutes - AuzRoxUrSox

The break room is right beside the doombuggie track. It's the section right before it goes down that little hill to the doombuggie loading area. It's in-between the get off and get on points. - Tom
