Pixar Exhibit At Oakland Museum Review No cameras allowed so no pics. I sent 3 pics to flickr from the museum store which you conveniently exit into from the exhibit. We spent about 1 hour or so but could have spent more time.lots of drawings and sketches. Resin models were really cool. One room was playing shorts. There was a zoetrope with Toy Story characters that was fun to watch. In a big room there were playing parts of different Pixar movies reminded me of the feeling you get from Soaring. There was a history of Pixar timeline that was interesting. They started in Pt. Richmond before making the move to Emeryville. If you have been to the Disney Museum the layout is similar. Lots to read bring glasses. Some kids were engaged others were too little to appreciate the exhibit. The store had some books about Pixar and some Toy Story items.Parking lot full but on street parking was limited and free today. Bart Lake Merritt Station is a 1 block walk.
