I am on a very tight budget and want to come up to Dland for a couple of days. Does anyone know of a very cheap hotel near the park. I don't need the Marriott just a room and a bed. Help
Try using Jaimz's priceline tip in the resource tab, you can name you own price for hotels around DL! best of luck! - Duchess_SMK

We've stayed at the Motel 6 just down from Disney a few times. They're usually pretty inexpensive, comparatively. - Nink

What they said! Book right from the hotels website. Travelocity etc marks up the rate 20-30%. Enjoy! - ToneLoc

I would do the Priceline...the $50 room we had at Hilton was WAY better than staying at the Motel 6 which was the same price! - RoyannaF

We usually stay at Motel 6. Rooms range from 45-60 a night when we've stayed. We haven't had any problems there and the rooms have been clean. - Foxyhawaiian

I'd say the Motel 6 would be your best bet. There's one located right off The City Drive exit close to the Block
at Orange shopping center. That's where my two friends are considering to stay at whrn they come up to pkwy at the parks with me on the 31st of this month. - Mulannn

But the Hilton is right across from the park for the same price as the Motel 6 - and its got 4 pools and a STARBUCKS in the lobby :) - RoyannaF

You have to go to Priceline...select the name your own price option. Select 3.5 Stars and a price of $50.... - RoyannaF

The Hilton is not always availble, due to seasonal demand and if going thru Priceline you have no choice. We were just lucky to have gotten the Hilton for the Meetup cuz it wasn't peak tourist season yet. But give it a shot and Name Your Price! - DesperateMousewife

If you want dirt cheap use the priceline name your own price option and choose a 1 Star hotel. I got a room for $25 a night plus tax so total it was about $35 a night. I stayed at the Extended Stay around the corner from Garden Walk. It was clean and it was a bed. That's the cheapest rate I know about. - BlueberryCrusader
