Bones in the fish sandwhich! Hungry Bear you have been Chopped! ๐Ÿ˜œ - leafs17  130.3 #3042 2:23PM
Yeah.  There should be no bones! - MeridaFan  4243.7 #34 10:10PM
Completely deboning real chunks of fish is not like deboning a chicken. You should always be aware that anytime you have fish, you should be watching for bones! Also, depending on the size of fish bones, they are really nutritious so you can definitely ingest them. I really don't understand why this is so upsetting... My question is: How did it taste??? - cynDOLEwhip  1175.5 #148 5:42PM
My only caution would be that small children and fishbones can be dangerous. Because of their smaller airways, swallowed fishbones will usually cause pain and dysphagia. Attempted removal by putting finger might cause further damage.  Kids aren't typically the best chewers, so I would just caution parents that might buy this for their children. But....it does look tasty!! - DisneyDavidEMT  2626.6 #50 6:02PM
I definitely understand the caution, it's the same caution we should have when eating things like olives that may contain pits... But, having caution that natural things can be present and calling something unsafe and being appalled that it's on the menu are two totally different things... This isn't a processed fish stick, It's a cod filet... - cynDOLEwhip  1175.5 #148 6:08PM
Agreed!!! I don't think I would ever say "unsafe" as I'm sure Disney is very cautious about their menu items. But, since it is a new item, I bet they'd like to hear feedback. - DisneyDavidEMT  2626.6 #50 6:27PM
It was very delicious!! If you like fried cod, I'd recommend it! - justcallmeKP   270.8 #1152 9:50PM
I've had many a fish sandwich (Lent!) and I've never had one with bones in it, so I'm sure there is a way they can do it.  I'm hoping this was just a one time thing. - Sarafina  491.7 #432 2:08PM
Plant based foods have no bones to worry about. ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒฑ  - BambooMike  133.8 #2982 12:58PM
Are you trying to tell us something? - leviathan  185.6 #2173 2:00PM
But meat based foods are so yummy. We get bones that can choke us and everything. Maybe my mini will just be plant based next time. - warchanted  167.3 #2448 2:03PM
Ughhh - DisneyDavidEMT  2626.6 #50 2:05PM
David๐Ÿš‘, I think you and me started off on the wrong foot๐Ÿ‘ž๐Ÿšซ. Please accept this olive branch๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸŒฟas a vegan peaceโœŒoffering. Maybe we can turn over a new leaf๐Ÿ๐Ÿƒin the lounge. - BambooMike  133.8 #2982 2:26PM
Please accept this chicken breast , corn dog  and churro  as my non-vegan.."okay". - DisneyDavidEMT  2626.6 #50 3:34PM
wait, you can't even eat a churro???  so sad but to each his own.  here is a sticker with vegan tea in it to toast your peace. - secretagentangel  4658.3 #28 10:14PM
I ate the bones?? - aphboomwha  137.6 #2924 2:02PM
Haha. For some reason this commercial gets me every time. - Geekery  409.4 #546 5:45PM
How did this possibly end up on the menu? is extremely dangerous and unacceptable - misschurro  6361.2 #17 4:39PM
Maybe it was a fluke and not in all the sandwiches? - PrincessDuckie  904.9 #202 4:41PM
I agree with you. What if a child takes a bite of it. That needs to be removed from the menu - grimgrinninggoof  68.7 #4199 4:42PM
Might I suggest that those in the parks head to City Hall and inform them of the issue on the menu? - IDVandalSkipperCM  2417.2 #61 4:55PM
To clarify- it was not one or two bones but pretty much every bite. I grew up eating fish and was always taught to chew it thoroughly - justcallmeKP   270.8 #1152 9:49PM
Allergic to mango. ๐Ÿ˜• - dumbbunny  627.2 #324 5:02PM
Me too :( - UndefinedEeyore  201.8 #1968 5:15PM
Me three! - DisneyDavidEMT  2626.6 #50 5:24PM
I had a bite of the slaw here once and didn't realize it had mango till my hubby tasted it and told me. My whole mouth was itchy. - dumbbunny  627.2 #324 5:36PM
That's what happens to me too....itchy mouth, hands and throat. Cantaloupe and honeydew do the same thing to me. - DisneyDavidEMT  2626.6 #50 5:45PM
I'm so glad I didn't eat it all. I break out in horrible hives, from head to toe. The thought makes me itch. What a bummer, honeydew and cantaloupe is so good too! - dumbbunny  627.2 #324 5:56PM
Me four! - PrincessDuckie  904.9 #202 6:25PM
I really like the taste of mango so I occasionally check to see if I'm still allergic. The last time I had some mango tea and my throat started itching and I started coughing like there was something stuck in my throat. Scary! I used my daughters inhaler and swigged a huge amount of benadryl. I won't try it anymore :/ - UndefinedEeyore  201.8 #1968 10:30PM
Thanks for the warning, you wouldn't think there would be since its a sandwich  - nathanchu  349.5 #676 12:38PM
Oh wow! Very dangerous.  - Cinderella_Schnooks  3370.7 #42 12:40PM
Looks so yummy ๐Ÿ˜Š - NatQueenCole  36.0 #5457 12:44PM
I love fish sandwiches this one looks really good. Thank you for sharing.  - Midasgold  633.3 #318 12:49PM
Bones in a sandwich is just not safe. Thanks for the warning so I don't let my minis get it. - leviathan  185.6 #2173 12:51PM
Wow I wanted to try this, but maybe not now.  I would suggest going to City Hall and letting them no.  This is NOT safe! - Sarafina  491.7 #432 12:55PM
Oh and when did they get real french fries???? I thought they only had sweet potato ones. - Sarafina  491.7 #432 12:56PM
^ Yes! At least for me I prefer regular fries.  - iamdugsmaster  878.7 #208 1:06PM
Not sure when they got normal fries back but yes I was shocked when that happened - justcallmeKP   270.8 #1152 9:51PM
I hope you're okay - Linzee  1188.1 #146 1:06PM
Please do go to City Hall and let them know. This could be a terrible choking hazard for children and adults alike. - DisneyDavidEMT  2626.6 #50 2:08PM
besides the bones how did it taste?  - JollyRoger5  3851.3 #38 2:11PM
It was good! I liked it - justcallmeKP   270.8 #1152 9:48PM
Thank you for the warning! How did it taste? - goofydad909  1988.0 #80 3:36PM
If regular fries are back, does that mean sweet potato fries are gone or can you choose either? - MabelMouse  203.0 #1959 10:05PM
I like sweet potato fries more than regular so I hope it's a choice but I have a feeling in in the minority  - missmimi90  2032.0 #76 10:07PM
You have to pay 50 cents for the sweet potato fries I believe.  - emmerloo  134.3 #2976 10:38PM
I prefer sweet potato too! - MabelMouse  203.0 #1959 1:03PM
