Couple questions. Which is the best parking for us to go to that is easier or closer to trams when we come down next weekend? Then I just was curious who will be there next weekend? We actually are now going Friday night after plane lands thru Sunday. I would love to meet some more mw family.

I prefer Mickey and friends mostly because if I decide the tram lines are long at the end of the night, I'll walk back to the structure and that seems way closer than toy story. However, I notice security lines tend to be shorter on toy story side. I'll be there the 23rd if you wanna say hi. I love meeting new MWers! - missmimi90  2032.0 #76 1:28PM
We don't land till almost six and we are getting there as soon as we can. Are you going to MrsSchnooks meetup that night? - Tinkerbellmom4  440.2 #497 1:35PM
Yes I am! πŸ˜ƒ - missmimi90  2032.0 #76 1:36PM
I get to meet you too?! Ohh I'm excited - missmimi90  2032.0 #76 1:44PM
We are going to get there hopefully for dinner but if not for the rides. I just need to find someone willing to text me whereabouts if we don't make dinner so we can catch up with everyone. I'm so excited. - Tinkerbellmom4  440.2 #497 2:27PM
In my opinion Mickey and Friends is the better of the two. While you can almost always walk right on the bus for Toy Story, I dislike the ride itself to and from the park. Mickey and Friends feels substantially cooler in the Summer and if you need to leave in the middle of the afternoon your car doesn't feel as terribly hot. Sometimes you end up waiting a bit for a tram to Mickey and Friends but other than that I've found it to be more convenient in most ways. - makingmemories  311.9 #839 2:08PM
I prefer toy story. There is never a long line to get on the bus at the parking lot and the busses are air conditioned. The security and ticket lines on the toy story side are always shorter. At the end of the night there are lines for toy story but never like the lines at the tram. The lines move quick because the busses are lined up waiting. Once one is full, the next one pulls up. There is not a long line waiting to exit the parking lot and its not coned off like the structure is sometimes. Nothing makes me more frustrated than the road to Ball being coned off forcing me to go to the 5 which I'm clueless about. To me toy story is much faster and more convenient. - CM_tamstirr  558.6 #361 2:19PM
I prefer Mickey & Friends. If you are there all day and it's hot mostly likely you are parked in shade. If your kids fall asleep it's not that far a walk back. The trams are just down the escalator. Lots of people like Toy Story, but I don't like to fold my stroller and it's a long walk if your kid falls asleep at night or there are long lines after fireworks, etc. - DLKenCA  2630.1 #49 1:03PM
Thank you. It's just my husband and I this time so no stroller to deal with. πŸ˜„ This is where we've parked before a few years ago but I just wanted to see what others thought was best. Thanks again. - Tinkerbellmom4  440.2 #497 1:46PM
Both parks are basically the exact same distance from the trams. Disneyland might be a little bit closer but it's not a substantial distance closer than California Adventure. - BellesLibrary  411.9 #537 1:10PM
I like Mickey and friends the best. Wish I could be there. - invader  8.8 #11904 1:25PM
Another vote for the structure. I like knowing the car will probably be in the shade and having the option to walk pretty quickly to or from DTD if the trams are busy. - Spoonful_O_Sugar  613.1 #331 2:14PM
