Our #CarthayCircle experience was utterly magical, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy the World of Color Dining Package. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked into the beautiful replica of the actual theater where Walt Disney's Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs first premiered. Kyle, the CM who greeted us provided us with a wonderful history lesson on the actual Carthay Circle... he was articulate, funny and personified the Disney spirit. Once seated we were engaged in lively conversation with the CM who would be our server for the evening; she was fantastic! We learned that there was a hidden mickey in the stunning mural on the ceiling and were encouraged to try to find it, we succeeded! The atmosphere was divine and the wine selection was wonderful! I enjoyed a lovely Lasseter Family Winery Pasage ($15/glass) which was heavenly. We both decided to enjoy the 3-course meal ($60 each) The Ginger Grilled Pork Satay (Left middle photo) was to die for and the Signature Fire Cracker Duck Wings (Top left photo) were delightful with a bit of a kick. For our main course we both had the Filet Mignon... let me just say that I've NEVER had better. @ToInfinityAndBeyond1997 likes her steak medium-rare (Bottom right photo) and I like mine medium (Top right photo) they were both cooked to perfection. It was mouthwatering and I actually moaned when I took my first bite (and second and third!). Our dessert was a lovely raspberry and chocolate delicacy; fresh raspberries bursting with flavor and the presentation was incredible... not to mention the chocolate was delicious. (Bottom left photo) After we finished our meal, another fantastic CM, Rainier, took us on a tour of the different rooms where we learned about the art, the hidden faces in the tables, the actual wishing well that is used for the base of one of the tables and so much more. We really didn't want to leave, but part of our dining experience was to enjoy the World of Color water spectacular from the reserved center stage viewing area... let me just say that this show was pure magic. It was the first time we'd ever seen it and it literally brought tears to our eyes. The way that the imagineers brought so many of our favorite characters (old and new) to life on the water was a sight to behold. We will never forget our once in a lifetime Carthay experience...
