So last week my favorite Tink mug slipped out if my hand and broke. I was at the parks yesterday and purchased a new one an told the CM how upset I was when it broke but thankful I could replace it. She informed me that if it ever happens again to bring it in and they will replace it! I had told her it cracked (see photo) and it was still in one piece so I'm not positive if the replacement applies to only cracks or breaks. But it's still good info to know!

Yeah definitely take it back to get replaced. Disney doesn't like guests to be upset when their souvenirs break especially when they're in park having fun. Disney will replace it without any questions make sure you have your receipt. If you want you can have Disney hold onto it for the day and you can pick it up when you leave. CMs are supposed to wrap fragile things well with paper so they won't crack. Well I hope this helped. - CMallyg92

I was at home and I was washing it when it slipped out if my hand and broke. I was upset but knew I would visit the park again soon and could replace it. I purchased 3 40th anniversary WDW Mickey ornaments a while back and one of mickey's noses was broken off when I arrived home, despite the copious wrapping job. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. A cm at Disneyland told me they would replace something like that, but I forgot about it until just...now. I guess I could have taken it back to Magic Kihgdom last week. 😂😂😂 - bluefairy

My daughter bought Minnie ears in the summer and the strap started to fray. We took it in when we were there last month and they replaced it. No problem. Don't mind spending the money with customer service like that. - WLAlbright

This is awesome. I only wish I had known that before I tossed the Alice In Wonderland Teacup snow globe I got in the park last year. My 4 yr old was spinning it and knocked it off the dresser. :( it was my 1st time there in 10 yrs & her 1st ever. Oh well. DL is fantastic. :) - MariaR
