Life has been crazy around here. We are moving this weekend, so I've been packing like a mad dog. Plus my Mom is having more health issues and things are not looking so good. With all this going on, I haven't been running and we've been eating out more often. I've gained two pounds. I'll be glad when the move is over and I can start running again and cook in my own kitchen. Stress is definitely a challenge when you are trying to get healthy.

Not yet. Movers come tomorrow. Also just spent most of the day at doctor's appointments with my Mom, found out her cancer is back and not looking good. She is in the hospital tonight. I should know more this weekend. - D55CR 245.4 #1050 8:06PM

So sorry to hear about your mom. My life has been all about my mom's health issues since Oct. 2011 when she took a bad fall (on her head)! If you ever want to "talk", dm me and I'll give you my email address. I can certainly relate to what you're going through (and my eating and diet has definitely suffered through all of it!). Thanks, MsDizMaui. I appreciate the offer very much. The move is keeping me very busy today, but it sneaks up on me every so often and I stop to have a good cry. This is really hard on my Dad, too. I'm worried about how he is handling all of this. Last time she was in the hospital, he ended up passing out from all the stress. Luckily my brother lives very close and is a huge support. - D55CR 245.4 #1050 8:17AM

I'm here if you ever need to talk! I would love to say that it gets easier, but it really doesn't. I still have moments that I'm so sad that I can't function!
