Day 4 of being on WW. I feel like I haven't changed much in terms of what I eat, but I bet it's more than I realize. I'm making sure to measure my portions and I've been eating more veggies. I feel good that this will work for me because I don't have to give anything up. I love food and I think this is going to teach my how to enjoy food and be healthy at the same time.

Good for you! I failed miserably at WW - all the tracking just wasn't my cup of tea (doing good on South Beach...going on day 9 and actually kind of liking it!). We can do this!!! - msdizmaui
