Good morning Chub 33! Happy Wednesday!! We're halfway through the week! Yesterday was a crazy stressful day. Some creep got my American Express card info and had themselves a spending spree. Amex took care of it but it made me sick to see all those charges and see how easily someone could rack up $2100.00 without me knowing anything was amiss. I am signing up for identity theft protection today!! Anyway...it was a weird, stressful day and my good choices reflected it. I'm going to have a better day today!

Yuck! I've had that happen before and you feel violated. Hope your day gets much, much better today. - D55CR

Violated is the perfect word for it! I'm really glad it was my Amex and not my bank account. Counting my blessing and looking at the silver lining...lol. I brought my running clothes to work so I can run after work. I need those endorphins! - vernswifevickie 374.1 #378 9:45AM
Yikes! Sorry to hear that. Glad Amex took care of it. Hope today is better for you! - Fanatic4Disney

Were you notified by AMEX? I think it's awesome how the credit card companies are able to sense "irregular" activity and stop things sooner. If this happened 20 years ago, you'd have to prove that you didn't charge everything! - msdizmaui

Yes, they emailed me and called me on every phone number they have for me...lol. It had gone on since Feb 22, so there was a lot that was charged before they caught it. But they deducted every charge I didn't make. They were awesome about it. - vernswifevickie 374.1 #378 3:01PM
