Good morning Chub 33! Happy Monday!! It was a very busy weekend!! But, I am doing good, eating within my points allowance and getting my activity in. I did an interval run on Saturday. I increased my run intervals from 1 minute walk/1 minute run to this pattern:
Jog 1 minute
Walk 1 minute
Jog 3 minutes
Walk 1 minute
I did this for 5 1/2 miles. My legs were so sore!
With the time change, it is now completely dark outside until almost 7am. I may have to run in the evening for a few weeks until the sun starts coming up earlier...I hate the time change.

Thank you! I really want to improve my time. In my dreams I want to finish the Rock and Roll half in under 3 hours but it's probably not realistic to think I can shave 30 minutes off my time...but I'm working towards it! - vernswifevickie
