Happy Monday. Try and focus on meeting goals for today. My goals lately have been to walk more as it helps healing. Add more fruits and veggies with every meal.

Happy Monday to you! Those are great goals. Mine for today are to not "stress eat" and drink more water. Lots going on this week - we are moving, my Mom is having health issues, etc - so managing stress is my biggest hurdle this week. - D55CR  245.4 #1050 9:23AM

Good Morning! Those are great goals! My goal is also to drink more water. I am a pop drinker and I never succeed in giving it up. So my hubby who is also a pop drinker, made a deal with me. That's a great goal! I gave up sodas a couple of months ago when I gave up artificial sweeteners. Now I just have a regular soda occasionally, when we go out. It's hard at first but it will be worth it. - vernswifevickie  350.2 #411 11:02AM
